At our November Board Meeting, Jim announced, he would be retiring as our President. He served on the Board of Directors, for four years. Jim and Ramona worked closely together, keeping our development running smoothly. I'm sure he will continue to help as needed.
We wish Jim the best!

We are sad to announce the passing of Ramona. She served as our Secretary/Treasurer for four years. She helped to cancel the contract, Rockford Homes, made with the Railway and worked on the committee to replace our management company. She acquired and created, everything needed, to manage the HOA by our homeowners. Thanks to her help, we were able to reduce our yearly dues considerably. She will be deeply missed.
