Welcome to the Annual HOA Open Board Meeting.
Our meeting will follow the, Roberts Rule of Order, as directed in the Founders Bend HOA by-laws. The Board of Directors will conduct the meeting according to those rules of order.
Members will have time to address the Board at the end of the meeting or during if the Board opens the floor for discussion. 
If you wish to speak, during the open floor portion, you must have your name on the list.  You will be able to add your name to the list at anytime during the meeting.

​It’s time again for our Annual Public Board of Directors Meeting.  Member sign in will begin at 6:45. There will also be a sign in sheet, for members that wish to address the Board. After the ‘New Business’ portion of the meeting, the floor will be opened to those on the list. Each member will have 3 minutes, unless a Director extends the time. 
Matters to be considered by the Board include, but are not limited to:
2020 projected budget
Amending the Deed Restrictions Concerning Fences
Community Events
Variance approval for lots 69 and 111
Limit number of vehicles per household
Mailbox Replacements

​At our November Board Meeting, Jim announced, he would be retiring as our President. He served on the Board of Directors, for four years. Jim and Ramona worked closely together, keeping our development running smoothly.  I'm sure he will continue to help as needed.
​We wish Jim the best!

​ We are sad to announce the passing of Ramona. She served as our Secretary/Treasurer for four years. She helped to cancel the contract, Rockford Homes, made with the Railway and worked on the committee to replace our management company. She acquired and created, everything needed,  to manage the HOA by our homeowners. Thanks to her help, we were able to reduce our yearly dues considerably.  She will be deeply missed.
